Shipping policy

We will deliver your product(s) to the delivery address that you have provided. If you are unavailable to accept the delivery, depending upon the shipping service it may be returned to the local sorting office or a redelivery attempted. In either case a notification will be posted through.
The delivery costs that you will have to pay will be shown during the order process. By placing an order, you are agreeing to pay these in addition to the price of the product(s).
If we are able to accept your order, we will print and dispatch the order promptly following receipt of your order. The estimated time period for completion of your order will vary depending upon seasonality and busy periods so is not guaranteed, but will generally be within 5 working days of the day that your films or digital files arrive in our lab. Digital images are normally downloaded with 1 working day of receiving the order. Where you have placed multiple orders we will usually dispatch all of them together, but we may on occasion dispatch them separately.
Delivery time vary depending upon the service chosen and the location. Please see below for typical service times;
UK Royal Mail 24 – 1-2 working days.
UK Courier – Next working day.
International Airmail: Normally 5-7 working days, but may take considerably longer depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
Prints up to 10x12inches are shipped flat, larger prints are shipped in postal tubes.
The goods become your property and responsibility from the point at which it is delivered to you (or to the address / place that you have asked us / our courier to deliver it to). If you are a business customer risk in the goods will pass to you at the point at which we first try to make delivery to you, whether or not you accept delivery.
